Operations, Sales Support Associate


Philadelphia Area

Our client is a Large independent equipment leasing company seeking to hire an Operations, Sales Support Associate. As a Sales Support Associate, you will provide support to the sales team and front-line customer service in a high-energy environment which thrives on delivering the best experience for our customers. The Sales Support Associate will manage all documentation prep and package delivery, follow up, titling requirements and UCC filings as related to a new transaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactional workflow from application submittal through document receipt

  • Liaise with vendor/partner/dealer/sales to forge partnerships through outstanding service levels

  • Support Sales through timely, knowledgeable, and efficient management of contract details

  • Ability to analyze situations, determine and implement a solution independently

  • Resolve standard and non-standard Customer contract requests

  • Adopt a collaborative team approach to working within own group and other teams/functions within the department and other areas of the business

  • Proactively completes the responsibilities of the position while meeting key performance standards

  • Assist with training/coaching of new hires

The successful candidate for Sales Support Associate will be a self-driven, team player with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit with the following skills and competencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Financial industry experience preferred, this includes ability to understand multiple Equipment Finance products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

  • Proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with a strong problem solving and analytical acumen.

  • Effective and efficient communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
