Our client, a global equipment manufacturer, has engaged Molloy Associates to identify a VP Legal and Compliance-USA for their captive finance division headquartered in North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be an integral part of their legal team.
The desired candidate possesses at least 10-years of experience and has a good balance of financial service transaction and litigation experience, primarily in the vendor captive arena. Asset based lending experience in the commercial , heavy equipment- large transactions sector is preferred.
