Molloy Associates is a growing executive search firm looking for a distinguished, top billing, senior client partner/recruiter to cover the specialty finance industries. Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in equipment finance, asset-based finance and experience with banks, independent firms and captive financing companies. In this role, you will work with diverse and interesting clients and candidates to advance careers, make connections, introduce new opportunities and change lives.

Molloy is a boutique, executive search firm owned by the publisher of Monitor magazine and ABF Journal. Since 1972, Molloy has provided exceptional service on a nationwide basis to industry leaders in equipment finance and leasing and asset-based finance.

To qualify, you should possess the following:

• Commercial finance experience – 3 years+ – preferably in equipment finance and/or asset-based finance

• Relationship/client management skills

• Business development experience – with proven track record of success

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent research skills

• Goal/results oriented – able to work thoroughly yet quickly to serve clients/candidates

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple relationships/clients and searches simultaneously

• Highly self-initiated with ability to work independently

• Bachelor Degree preferred but relevant work experience will satisfy requirement
